Hey, since I am on a roll (i.e. people posting to my threads... ;) ), I'll start the resorts only Alphabet Game... I tried this last night and ran into some trouble... :( But I won't tell you where. ;)

OK... I will start with the easiest.

A is for Animal Kingdom Lodge!

Oh, the rules are similar to the parks alphabet game... no food, buy restaurants count and anything that can be found at the resorts count too!
