Ok I am looking for 2 rooms at the Radisson for October 24, 2003. I tried the FALL code, Visit Florida Ste, Florida Get away and Floribbean get away and looked on Mousesavers and still could not get a room.

It kept telling me that I had to keep the characters less than 8?

Does anyone know if there are any correct codes out there for October?

Thanks!

I did it the old fashioned way, I called. 1-321-748-0000 to get to
the CC location directly or 800-333-3333 for toll free Radisson
reservations. You may have to ask for the Visit Florida rate as
they did not offer it to me until I was about to hang up and look
for a better rate online. Good Luck J.

So what rate did you end up with?

And, when are you going?

I have been checking for October and there is a 'family' rate with the 'go' package.

Seems like a lot of money to spend for the 12 hours I plan on being in that hotel. I may go for the 'really' cheap option close to ther mco airport.

Ok, I called and got a rate of $99 per night. That was using the Floribbean Get Away rate. I will watch for the FALL rate we used last October which was a great deal of $59 a night.

I like the Radisson because we are driving and we can leave our cars there for 7 days and that saves on parking so if you are parking it makes it a good deal :).

A little off the subject but the CSR at the 800 # I was speaking with was going on and on (even though she pulled us up as previous guests) about the hotels amenities and where it was located near which of course is the space center and the hotel is located on Astronaut Blvd. and I thought and said out loud how sad the Columbia's memorial is on TV right now :(

When I typed in the fall code only the king bed rooms came up--but I am assuming that is because we have 3 children--am guessing a regular room isn't enough. Still, I am happy with $99 for 2 king beds and a sofabed!!

The price I got for a 2 King suite w/Jacuzzi was 99.00 with the Visit
Florida rate. I booked it a coulple months ago for next week. I
called last week and added 10.00 to our rate for parking while on
the cruise although I read on another post they really don't mind
you parking there as long as you are a guest-free of charge. The
cruise package one with breakfast and parking was quite a bit more
so I didn't go for that, we don't care if we eat a huge breakfast. J.

When we went last year we just paid the $59 FALL rate and did not have to pay more for parking except of course for tipping the van driver. There was a Mickey D's across the street which was perfect for breakfast. I have read others experiences with the parking were not great but ours was fine. We scheduled our time when we checked in (this is very important) then we told them when we were getting back and I think I called them on my cell and they were there within 10 minutes.

jporter: They made you pay extra to park there for your cruise, even though you were spending the night before there? We stayed there on 1/11 and had a king jacuzzi suite for $99 and it included FREE parking for the duration of our cruise. They told us where to park the vehicle and no mention of having to pay extra. This is the first time I've heard anyone paying extra to park.

I am hearing that any Radisson guest may take advantage of the parking... But, I do wonder, I have heard of some people being able to make prior reservations for the earliest vans to the port, when they book their room. ( as opposed to having to wait until check-in ) Maybe this is one perk that paying the $10.00 would get you?

Good point about the 10.00 fee. I will certainly check on it when we
get there to see if it has some advantages, other wise I will
request my original price!
