New contract at WLV

Hi - I'm new here and this is probably a dumb question, but now that DVC is offering add on points at both BCV and WLV is it possible to get a new contract of points at WLV? :confused: I not a DVC owner (yet) but really like the idea of buying through DVC directly instead of going into the resale market. With DVC exercising its ROFR a bit more frequently (at least that seems to be the tone of the posts lately) it seems to be a better idea to go directly to DVC and save a lot of time as well as rack up some nice frequent flier miles in the process. DVC discontinued new sales at VWL last Feb, but began selling contracts at VWL to new members again a few months ago.

While you may still be bale to find resales a little cheaper at VWL, DVC certainly makes it easy. You may want to call 1-800-800-9100 and ask about VWL sales and compare with resale listings.

We just bought 2 days ago at BCV and we were offered BCV or VWL. We walked around both places and decided that we liked BCV better. Hope this helps:Pinkbounc

Thanks for your replies. Its good to know that there are two DVC properties at WDW that are available directly from DVC. Hopefully I'll be taking the "plunge" soon.
