Sally is a doll! We saw her this past week and her course is beautiful AND FUN.

Our taxi to Mr. Sanchos from her course was $15.00 for the four of us. We paid an extra $2.00 for Josh (my 8 yr. old who sat on my lap) and it was a nice ride.

From Mr. Sanchos to Punta Langosta it cost us $30.00 for 7 of us in a van-type taxi. We combined three families worth and $10.00 was well worth the ride! Thanks Gina and Tyler for splitting it with us!

If you dont want to pay a additional tip out ,, wait until you get out of the gate and find your own taxi,, they will run to you before you get to the gate and ask if you want a taxi, then take you to one, ofcourse wanting a tip fot their trouble ??

We took a taxi from Punta Langosta to Paradise Beach last week - it was $13 each way. (It's a new beach and just added to the list at the pier.)

I know this is a really old thread but I searched it out to see if anybody knew the cab fare from where we dock to Marina Caletta?

We took a taxi to Marina Caleta in late October (Oct 23rd cruise) and I am pretty sure it was $8 for all 3 of us. I believe that we tipped the driver (he was friendly and not too scary with his driving!) $2 so it cost us a total of $10 each way.

Are you taking an excursion with Eagle Ray Divers there? If you are, they are fantastic! If you want more detail on our trip, I have posted a trip report on the Cruise Trip Reports board. Cozumel is in "Part 4".

Are the prices about the same? And it says maximum 4... does that mean a family of 5 needs to take 2 taxis or does that mean 4 adults so 2 adults/3 children are okay in a taxi together?
