DVC is expecting approval from New York State to Sell
Willderness Lodge Villas By the end of this month as per my Guide. He entered My name into there system and I will have a 30 day price freeze on the old rate for a add on to my contract. So when they get NYS approval he will notifie me so i can buy at the old rate even after the upcoming price increase.

I've got to call our guide back. I spoke to him about 2 weeks ago. All he promised to do was call us when they were OK'd for New York with the VWL. He made no mention of locking in the lower price for us.:( Thanks for posting this info.
