when I was growing up, on our meatless Fridays, we would have this.....we always
dipped them in catsup....
Corn fritters

3 eggs seperated
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
leftover corn 3-4 ears or canned corn ....
Beat egg whites stiff
beat egg yolk and add flour and salt. mix fold in egg whites, add corn cut from cob Drop
by tablespoons into greased frying pan. Serve
with syrup or catsup like we did....
