Access for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (http://pixiedustinn.com/disabilitiesfaq/deafservices2.html)
and Info for Guests with Disabilities (http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/disabhearing.htm) are websites with helpful information to what is available for those who are deaf or hard of hearing at WDW.
For further information you should contact Mark Jones (Mark.Jones@disney.com) . He is a wealth of information on deaf access.
He has turned my Disney experiences from ones of total fustration to wonderfully magical Disney experiences.

Thanks for the info. I'm always trying to find resources for the folks here at work for when they go to WDW. I work for a human service agency and we have a large Deaf staff population as well as individuals in our group homes who are Deaf.
