ACK! Where to Go?

Just spent months planning a trip to WDW for July, but I've been advised the heat and humidity is pretty much unbearable in Florida during those times.

What about DisneyLAND during June or July? Is it any better in California. Would love a trip to a Disney Theme Park and need some advice.

May have to rethink this.

Any feedback on heat would be great. (We're from Texas so wanted something a bit better...LOL)

It does get hot here but we don't have the humidity and daily summer showers like they do in Florida. June and July are actually typically NOT our hottest months at all, and you will find temperatures to be warm enough for swimming during the day and cool enough for a light jacket at night.

From a crowd perspective, June is a much better choice than July. Many schools here go until late June so the earlier you can visit the better. :)

Michelle is right - although it can be very hot at times in those months we typically get our hottest temps in August and Sept here.

I visited WDW last year in July and it was really hot and humid but we had a great time and I would do it again. I will say that being from San Diego where it does not get humid like it was in FL for our trip. It took a few days for us to get used to the shocking heat and humidity. Our weather in CA is NOTHING like that.

I am not overly fond of hot humid weather either.

DL is perfect. You can couple it a side trip to San Diego. You will have a blast.

Disnee Dad Says..............................DL all the way. Even if it gets hot, really hot, you will bake while in WDW you will boil!
The major benefit is our parks are much smaller than WDW= less walking! Although We have gone to WDW four times, I would never go during the summer. WE have done DL at least three times during the summer and it's not that bad.
