Sounds silly but I'm sure they must be able to make green eggs and ham (I mean we do have green BEER on St Patty's Day). Is it on the menu at the Green Eggs and Ham Cafe at IOA? It's just one of those little things I wanna do--I would like green eggs and ham.

I don't know if you will be able to get Green Eggs and Ham in the theme parks, but I know my children's school serves this for lunch one day a year to celebrate Dr. Seuess's Birthday. I also can attest to the fact that NO ONE wants to eat it either, all the kids beg and beg to pack that day.

I heard that they put parsley in the eggs and thats where the green comes from. <IMG WIDTH="15" HEIGHT="15" SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif" alt="razz">

The eggs are indeed green. The Green Eggs and Hamwich is OK. The one I had was under a heat lamp way too long. It does come in a colorful box, though.

Yes, the green eggs and hamwich is to be had at IoA. I've really enjoyed them. I make a stop at the cafe every trip. And yes, its parsley they put in the eggs to make them green.

Actually, it's Spinach Powder, not parsley.
