I need some advice please...

I have unsuccessfully been trying to get milesource to credit me for the games of skliff I played. They keep informing me that it can take 3 weeks or more to credit someone for the games they played. Unfortunately, it has well been over 2 months since I started playing skliff through milesource and I feel like I am being mislead. I have e-mailed them on 3 different occasions asking them how much longer for those points. With the points added to my milesource account, I could get a GC for something - and now I am worried that I won't be able to if giftcerticates.com goes under. Can someone give me some advice on how to approach milesource on this topic once again??? I am getting quite frustrated with them and I don't know what else to say to them. Can anyone help?

From what I've heard, no one has gotten credit from sklif at milesource since early March. I played quite consistently until early April and still haven't received any credit. I decided to quit playing at that time until I got credit. Like you, I've tried to email both sklif and milesource about it and I keep getting the same answers. I've given up. On a side note, I ordered something from sklif in March and it hasn't arrived yet so sklif isn't looking good in my eyes!! In regards to milesource and giftcertificates.ca, I just received a gift certificate from them today. There's still hope!! Hang in there!
