Check for Mickey,Minnie,Goofy or Donald in Fruit Loops,Frosted Flakes and Rice Krispies(those are the only cereals I saw them in right now)They are three inches high.If you buy Hunny B's(Pooh cereal)and collect four tokens you can send away for four bobble heads(Pooh,Piglet,Eeyore and Tigger)plus a stand to put them on(A tree)You can also collect tokens on the other cereals to get a Castle stand for the other bobble heads.Looks like there will be alot of cereal in this house for a while,LOL!:D

Thanks Kelly! I was in the grocery store today and I forgot to check and see if we had them in the cereals here in Canada. I read about the bobble-heads on Mousesavers. I'd love to have the Mickey, Minnie, etc. set.

I was at the grocery store last night here in Canada and they did have the bobble heads. We got the Mickey & Minnie.
01-21-2003, 09:39 AM
I bought the Frosted Flakes and got Minnie. My kids really want Goofy and Donald.I hope this cereal goes on sale,LOL.:D
01-21-2003, 09:43 AM
We have the Hunny B's cereal. But I didn't know that you CAN get the actual toys in cereals THANKS! I'll be buying a few boxes today! S
01-21-2003, 10:29 AM
We got Minnie out of Frosted Flakes the other day. Kind of cute.
01-21-2003, 10:53 AM
Do you know which bobble head is in which cereal?
01-21-2003, 03:11 PM
Well, I went to the store this afternoon and bought 3 boxes of cereals ~ Rice Crispies, Magix and Froot Loops and ALL had Goofy in them! I guess the extra two can be "traders". LOL! They didn't have any Frosted Flakes with bobble heads in them, have to check another grocery store!
Tim's already had 3 bowls of the Magix as I don't normally buy these types of cereals.

I got Mickey in Rice Krispies. S

Came into work yesterday and there was a Minnie bobble-head on my monitor. The guy who sits next to me got it from a box of Frosted Flakes and thought of me ! I found it especially funny since he is also one of a small group who feel I am in need of an "intervention" program because of my obsession with WDW (yeah, whatever ... he should meet my 3 sisters !)
01-22-2003, 09:57 PM
Just got a Donald out of Rice Krispies, and a Goofy from Frosted Flakes.
01-23-2003, 07:27 PM
I was feeling so left out, but not anymore!! Now, I'm a Bobble head...
Went grocery shopping after the Limeridge Meet, bought some Fruit Loops, and got a little Goofy! ;)
01-23-2003, 08:25 PM
LOL, Congratulations, Kim! :) You are now an "Official Bobble-Head Collector!" :p
I went to another grocery store tonight and bought a box of Frosted Flakes and a box of Froot Loops. BOTH had Mickey in them. So now I have an extra Mickey and two extra Goofys. I don't seem to be having any luck getting different bobble-heads in each of the boxes. The kids think "I've lost it" but are enjoying the cereals!
01-23-2003, 08:49 PM
I'm a frustrated bobblehead collector! A&P has all of those cereals on sale this week, but the store here in town doesn't have any of the bobble head boxes out yet.:( I guess I'll have to try again in a different store.
01-23-2003, 09:21 PM
Kathy, both grocery stores I went to had separate displays with the Bobble Head cereals at the end of the isles.. I noticed that they had the same cereals without the BHs in the regular cereal isles. I wondered if the BH cereals were just coming in and they still had to clear out the old cereals first? We have another couple of grocery stores in town, I intend to go to, too! I'll be bringing my "traders" on February 9! :p
01-24-2003, 07:42 AM
Julie, they had the HoneyB's on display at the end, but all of the other cereals that were in that display were bobble headless.
01-24-2003, 10:16 AM
Donald, where are you?I was able to get Mickey(Rice Krispies) and Goofy(Fruit Loops)last night. So if that duck would just appear I would be able to concentrate on my Hunny B's to get enough tokens to the Pooh gang.Is anybody going to send away for the Castle stand for their bobble's?It's $3.49 plus 2 tokens plus $6.99 shipping and handling).May have to think about this one seeing it will cost like $18 bucks for the complete set of Pooh's plus the tree.
01-24-2003, 02:29 PM
Kelly, I just bought a box of Froot Loops with Donald in it! My collection of Mickeys and Goofys has been growing in my search, though. ;) I think I'll wait until we go through all the cereals we've got now before I attempt to find Minnie. :p I'm not going to bother with the castle stand so I can bring you lots of tokens if you are coming to the Feb. 9 meet.
01-24-2003, 05:41 PM
How big (or small) are the BH's?
01-24-2003, 07:00 PM
Mike, they are about 3" or a little over, depending on hat/ears. Big heads, little bodies. Very cute.
01-25-2003, 04:34 PM
I got Donald today.
Our Loblaws don't sell the bobbleheads, but Dominion does! I just need a Minnie and Goofy and I'm done! S

We got Minnie, in Magix ( which is way better than Lucky Charms) so now I'm double hooked .....need more bobbleheads....need more bobbleheads.......
I missed the thread on the Nov 9 meeting..where & time?
01-25-2003, 04:59 PM
Sobey's Towerhill- In cereal section, not on display.

LOL, MaMudduck, I think we need to get a support group going for addicted Bobble-Head collectors. I bought 9 boxes of cereals this week trying to collect all 4!!!!   And I still didn't get Minnie!
Dh doesn't know of my addiction but when he saw my collection of Mickey, Goofy and Donald he said he wouldn't mind a Mickey to put on his desk at work! (he's not a Disney fan, but thinks it'd be a "conversation piece, I guess) Lo and behold I just happened to have an "extra" Mickey, to give him. ;) :p
01-25-2003, 09:44 PM
Well, we haven't started shopping yet, so leave some for me! Hoping to get Donald for the 11 yo and Minnie for the 8 yo, and then the rest will be for me.
01-26-2003, 12:11 PM
You can have my Donald if you don't come up with one. I don't have Minnie yet, though.
01-26-2003, 02:16 PM
I wont be able to make it to the meet in Feb.We are starting our indoor soccer training for the summer and even if my DH were home to take me,we wouldnt be able to stay very long.
We will have to start some sort of support group for the bobble head collectors.I keep hoping when I open up the new ads on Thursday I will that the cereals are on sale.Is that too much to ask for,LOL?
01-26-2003, 08:45 PM
We're Goofy for bobbleheads, today. Got 'im in Frosted Flakes, but we need Rice Krispies, so we'll keep our fingers crossed!
01-26-2003, 10:21 PM
Minnie was in my Frosted Flakes!! :bounce:
...I'm really starting to worry myself...:p
01-27-2003, 10:23 PM
I got my first BH tonight! I got the Mickey in Frosted flakes, but I didn't get one of the Golden ones in the Raisin Bran:( .
01-28-2003, 10:16 PM

For all Bobble Head collectors up in Canada (from a Canadian living in US) just at my local Kroger today and they now have the Toy Story and Winnie Pooh bobbles in the cereal. Got Pooh in Fruit Loops, Woody in Frosted Flakes, and Little Green Alien in Apple Jacks. The front of the box has the type of characters within. Haven't had any luck with Mickey, but do have 3 Goofys. Also, Kroger had a promo when you buy 5 products (including Keebler, poptarts, and cereal bars) you got a free 8" Mickey Bobble Head (real cool).....keep watching your local grocery.
(PS - boy to I miss "Presidents Choice" products.....nothing comparable down here......but I can get my fill of grits, and sausage and biscuits!!!)
01-29-2003, 02:13 PM
Hey Yzma and Kronk, I'll bet you could get a few Canadians to stop in on their way to WDW with some yummies from PC Loblaws! LOL!
Chat soon! S

SandraC - thanks for the thought. We come up twice per year and try to get our fill of PC products (love the new blueberry pop) Plus Harvey's, Pizza/Pizza, and DD's favourite - Maple Leaf Hotdogs.....the grass is always greener......

Last night I went to pick a box off a display of frosted flakes and a Goofy fell out the bottom....it appears that folks are getting desparate and picky now and know that the bobble head is not in the cereal, but packed at bottom of box, so they open bottom flaps to see which is inside! I put back the box (don't like to take anything that has been opened), and picked up another sealed box. Unfortunately when I got home I ended up with another Donald...guess I should have taken the opened box with Goofy!! Seriously though, if these boxes start to get ripped apart, the company will not offer this type of promotion again as stores are just losing money with damaged goods on their hands.

I don't think that happens often. It is a shame though. My friend works at Dominion and she said people open the cheap coffee beans and dump them out and fill the bag up with the expensive flavoured beans. That makes sense why I see lots of coffee beans all over the fancy bean section. She said people save about $3.00. I pay with $3.00 and sleep well. That stuff never occurs to me. S

Have a Donald Duck and will trade for a Mickey.

Both of my Goofy's were packed at the top of the box. I'm still looking for the golden Raisin Bran bobblehead.:p

T.O. bobbleheads please bring extra's to trade on the 9th, alas I too didn't get the golden bobblehead.
