I tried to log on to my points last week and got a message that my account was disabled. I have since sent 3 emails and left one phone message, all with no response. I had recently cashed out for 2 webcerts. and had a balance of 2000 points. I was confused last week, now I'm just angry. Anyone else have this problem?

I logged into my account this morning.Had no problem I did cash in some points about 2-3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything about them.I checked they had a date by my balance and all the points weres till there but it said that so many points to be withdrawl on 2-20.not sure if that means my G.C. will be mail at that time or not. I'll keep you informed.

Did you click on a link posted somewhere on a message board that may have been from a MyPoints email sent to someone else? MyPoints is very strict about that and will disable accounts for that.

Try contacting Member Services to see if they can provide a reason. You may be able to get them to re-instate your account if you can prove that they disabled it in error.

Back in November my account was also disabled. MyPoints sent me an e-mail stating that I must fax them a copy of a picture ID. I did that in within a week the account was working again.
I had also cashed out for a $24 webcertificate. E-mail them again, and do a search here for the e-mails I wrote about the problem.

One thing about My Points, their CS is wonderful! I have never had a problem with them and usually they have always fixed whatever "mistake" has happened!! :)
