We only have two magnets at the moment so it looks very bare! :)

One is a photo of the two of us taken a couple of years ago at the Hoop De Doo Revue.

We bought the other magnet last December, it's of the castle with Tinkerbell flying in one corner. :smooth:

So can you see the front of your fridge, or is it covered in magnets, notes and drawings, etc? ;)

Is this going to sound anal?

I have 3 large magnets with clips. Each has one of the kids names on it. All their important paper work goes in their magnet.

It's the only way I can keep paperwork organized.

My ice/water dispenser, a can opener magnet, a monthly newsletter from my kid's school, 2 more magnets-1 of which has a number for me to call about snowdays, and a wipeable message board. But I have more stuff on the side of my fridge.

The fridge part has 2 snowmen(one made by each kid) and a "postcard" I received a few years ago from Disney. Its the one with Minnie & Mickey that says "See ya real soon". I keep that up there knowing that I will be seeing them real soon. ;)

Now the freezer part is covered in magnets, pictures & a white board. Some of the things include 2 HDD magnets, 2 Chef Mickey magnets, 2 comic strips that Ive saved for years, pictures of my nieces, a picture frame magnet of me and 4 best friends from our HS reunion, a picture in a Disney frame magnet of my kids eating Mickey bars...I could go on, but I wont.;)

Oh and the Disney calendar hangs on the side of the fridge.

The side of my fridge that faces the kitchen counter is filled with pictures. The front has "art" work and a few clips with things I can't lose.

Right now, there's a Coca-Cola Polar Bear magnet and a card from my grandmother. During the holidays, I like to put window clings up there....:D

Postcards from the hotels we stayed at while at WDW and holding them up are many magnets (we try to pick up a new one everytime we go on vacation). A great snapshot of DD with Snow White. Another snapshot of DD, DH and myself at MGM/Disney studios.

at least 30-40 magnets cover the front and side of our fridge. 99% are from Disney. but whenever we travel somewhere we get a magnet as a souvenier. so we have Hawaii, San Francisco, Seattle, etc.

Lots and lots of magnets! In fact we have so many that they are going on some of the cabinet doors as well (they are metal as well). We definately pick up a few on every vacation.

We have three WDW magnet photo frames from each of our past three trips. We have a Corgi magnet and a Yorkie magnet from the magnet shop at Downtown Disney. We have a picture of our Corgi, Milo, and a picture of our Yorkie, Maggie. We also have a picture of my childhood dog, Puff, who died almost a year ago and a magnet of St. Francis next to Puff's picture.

On the side we have a shopping list.

Too much....I was one that always said my fridge would not have magnets on it....Then came DDs. I have lots a pictures that they have made along with photos of our friends' babies and we have alphabet and animal magnets. We also have the clips magnets, but they just aren't enough for all the artwork. DD#1 loves to draw. Once they move out there will be nothing on the front of my fridge....I say that until the grandkids come along.

Nothing on the front. The sides have magnets, photos of my neices and nephews, and recipes. There's also a magnetic bottle opener I just got for Christmas - haven't used it yet.

At Christmas both doors are covered with Christmas magnets. Next comes Valentine's Day. Only a few and then a few for St. Patty's Day, just one door for Easter magnets. Then I have my summer magnets, next comes Disney magnets on both doors to remind me that I will be going there soon. Halloween comes next and then a few for Thanksgiving and we're back to Christmas.

I found out over the weekend that stainless steel refrigerators aren't magnetic on the front. I hadn't even considered that until our new fridge came a the end of last week.

I told my DH that this fridge will have to go back since I couldn't put up pictures of the kids. He didn't see the humor in what I was suggesting. I was trying to be as obviously sarcastic as I could. He told me it was already paid for and we couldn't take it back. I had to explain to him that I was kidding and the magnets and pictures will just have to go on the old refrigerator and on our upright freezer in the basement.

Magnets of places visited over the years. Pictures of my kids when they were little - (they are 14 and 15 now so it's a great conversation peice) and - a beautiful photograph that I took a few years ago of the World Trade Center from the Statue of Liberty about 4 years ago - it looks like a postcard!!

Alphabet magnets, a couple pieces of DDs artwork including a footprint with google eyes on it... Several walet size pictures from over the years and a certificate for when Caitlyn learned all of her shapes in the toddler class. We also have the baby sitters phone number and our cell phone number for her when she is here!

A magnetic calendar that is scheduling central. Try as I may to get my wife to switch over to a Palm Pilot, she refuses to budge and insists that the refrigerator calendar is the final word.

Other than that, the fridge door is pretty bare.

*********************

When touring our plant during "Take Your Daughter To Work Day" a couple of years ago, we came to one of the bays where we build MRI units. The bay contained a working magnet and, the engineer who was demonstrating the strength of the magnet told the children that our magnet was so strong, you could stick a refrigerator on it!!!

We have a big cutout picture of Chuck Woolery. The woman that lived in our place before we moved in was a very, very active member of a dating service. We get mail EVERY DAY from the dating services with information about new men, plus endorsements from Chuck Woolery, including an 8"x11" picture. So in tribute to Chuck, who writes to us every day, we cut him out and put him on the fridge. :)

What Refrigerator!!!!
i thought it was a metal thing that holds magnets!!! if we could put magnets on the back we would!

The whole refrig is coved with the exception of a small part on the right side and that is wear the cat's magnets go the one's she knocks in to her litter box

we also have some on the back door and 90% of the disney magnets are on the door to the front porch and my dad has am door of bus/trolley magnets on the back of the front door alongwith other bus items he hangs there including pictures of some old buses that his dad drew for him way back in 37 or 38! they are now laminated!

Good thing for those metal doors!!!

I have magnets from every place we travel to. It's fun to see them and they spark fun conversations sometimes about funny things that happened while we were there. I also have their wrestling schedules and a couple of pictures on the bottom part of the fridge.:D
