We're staying here in Feb. and are very excited. Has anyone here ever stayed here, and if so, can you tell us your experience? Thanks so much!

Tanya,
It's so hard to put into words what our stay at Give Kids The World was like. We were there two years ago. Since then we have been back twice for day visits. It's amazing! There is so much to do there that you really do not even have to go to the parks. Of course we did go to the parks too. On our first morning there Mickey and Minnie came for family pictures. Wonderful! You get a beautiful 8X10 at the end of the week to take home with you. Each morning there were characters having breakfast with us. They took up so much time with each child. You have the best photo ops and they will sign books or whatever. Cinderella's Fairy God mother came for a visit on the morning before we went to Magic Kingdom. When she came by us during the parade she remembered our daughter and made the biggest deal to wave at her. It was so special. The food is provided by Perkins restaurant. Anytime we see one of those restaurants we stop there and eat. We stopped there yesterday on our way home from Disney. I am sure you have been to the website to see what is all there. Make sure that your child does his/her star. It's a wonderful experience. You can have ice cream for every meal if you want to. They ice cream palor is great. Make sure you see everything while you are there. The chapel is beautiful as is everything there. Our daughter has a paver there right outside the main building. I hope that you have a wonderful time!!!

My DD had a wish trip there Oct/Nov 2001. It was so great and she loved every minute. It is as much fun there as in the parks. They really pay special attention to the child and really go out of their way to make it very special for the whole family. They have a night where they will babysit the kids so the parents can go out for a while for dinner. We didn't do that because while we were there they had a special Trick or Treat night with dancing and lots of treats and crafts. You will get tickets for Disney, Sea World, & Universal. If you have any specific questions, please PM me, I would be glad to help you out.
