Exchange Pass At Disney Store?

Anyone know if one can exchange a HP for an AP at a Disney Store?

No, it cannot be done. They have no means at a Disney Store to determine if how many days are left on a Park Hopper or if it has been used at all. You can only exchange a Park Hopper for an AP at WDW Guest Services at any of the parks.

Be aware - I assume I was given miss info but I was told the exvhanges can only be done up until 4pm each day. I asked why since guess services should be open but she told me that is there policy. Go figure!
