Just Want Everything Perfect!

OKW location question:

First time at OKW. Have reservations for 1/12/02 for a GV. DH loves golf, DM loves water. Saw a beautiful picture of bldg. 62 that fits both bills, but when I look on the map, there is no bldg. 62. If there is such a place, the only concern is how far from the bus stop is it. (I don't want too much do I?) Anyone know of the ideal spot for golf lover, water lover, and one that isn't able to walk long distances?

Check out this map. Building 62 is just across the road from Hospitality House.

Bldg 62 would fit the bill on all of your important objectives. Also any bldg from 11 to 27. They would get you golf, and easy walking to the HH. Some of them might not have water view.

You must have an old map of OKW. Building 62 now stands where the old Commodore House was (the original sales center for DVC) and does not show on the old maps. Go to the link bbrazeal gave you to see the new buildings. :cool: :earsgirl:

Hi,

We have stayed in Building 62 on 2 occasions, the latest was for 9 days in March...including St Patrick's day.
It was perfect, I requested it and got it!. It is right across the street from the HH and is very convenient to everything. We had 3 children and a 5 month old baby with us; the children enjoyed being so close to the pool, the game room and the store/gift shop. We enjoyed being close to 2 bus stops.
