How much larger are these rooms than standard GF rooms?
It's my understanding that they are only Garden View rooms. Are they worth $76 a night more?
Thanks!

We stayed in one of these rooms last year and really liked them. The only downside to them is that they are only garden views and they only sleep 4.
I don't know what the square footage is but there is a whole sitting area besides the regular bed area you would get in a standard room.
In the sitting area there is a sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table and another armoire with a tv and drawer space in them.
We thought it was worth it to have the extra space and an extra tv so that at night the kids could watch what they wanted and we could watch what we wanted.
Here are my pictures of the GF lodge tower room (http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/josierac/lst?.dir=/Disney+Grand+Floridian&.src=ph&.order=&.view=t&.done=http%3a//photos.yahoo.com/)

We had a great view from our lodge tower room in Sago Cay, 4th floor. We could see the marina, sugarloaf, the main building, Gasparilla Grill, part of the lagoon, and Space Mountain. :)
I'm not sure the exact square footage, but it's basically a standard room with an additional sitting room on the end. Our toddler slept on the couch in there with a bed rail. :) It was nice to have the extra space. :)

We stayed in a tower room in Boca Chica in Dec01 with a 15 month old. At the time she was sleeping in a crib and using a high chair. So the extra room was nice for that, and you got a little extra playing room. But for $76/night, we decided it wasn't worth that much ($500 in total for us).
But it was worth the try.

Lodge Tower Rooms are located in turreted corners of many of the buildings. They are similar to a standard room with balcony, but with a turreted, larger sitting area as well as an additional phone and TV.
