Random Acts of Kindness

I have always been a big fan of them.

Today, I was the recipient of one. :D

My best friend and I got together to do lunch and stopped at Blockbuster on the way. I saw clients of mine who are husband & wife. They are super nice. I went over to talk to them and introduce them to my friend, Karen. We parted ways and all left.

10 minutes later, we're at Ruby Tuesday's & there they are again. We were seated in the both next to them with the half wall between us. We spoke again and joked around a few minutes. After we said goodbye again, they were out the door and she & I were finishing lunch. The waitress then came over and told us that my friends had taken care of our check!:D Karen was shocked and I was touched. They are super friends and good clients. It really made my day. :)

Now...I'll have to make someone else's...:cool:

I've been the recipient of random acts of kindness numerous times. I try to do atleast 3 random acts of kindness for every 1 that I receive. It's my way of giving back what I get.:)

How NIce!!! Hey...great idea....in honor of the season, how about a "random act of kindness WAVE"!! If each of us here performed one random act of kindness, and that act caused another and another....see the "wave"? :) No need to tell about it...just do it! Let's see how far it goes!!
