checking reservation on DCL website

and I can't pull it up, help! I am booked through DU ~ made final payment yesterday I am putting in the dis reservation # that is on my quote. but it keeps saying the phone number does not match the reservation number. I thought I'd try and put in DU's phone # since mine isn't working but I don't think that would work either?? Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong or why DCL wouldn't have my reservation yet?

for some reason u will not get it with that # i dont know what it is but u could check your reservation on the dreams web site
if that will help with the number u have .... and they will give u all the info they have......... and also tell u how many people booked threw them and if u r getting the gift or not

Hi Jon! When your cruise is booked through a TA you are NOT able to access it through the DCL website, only the TA can. It's definitely there, though, and you can access all the reservation details through Client Services at Dreams.

I was trying to order birthday decorations without having to bother Dagny. I guess I'll just have to email her again :) Actually I think I will start a list of things I need to ask and send the list after a couple of days so I don't get on her nerves. What is the latest you can order the decorations?

To order Disney's birthday decoration package to be delivered and set up in your stateroom, call Gifts Ahoy at 800-601-8455. You can also telephone DCL directly and a CM will place the order for you. I believe you can order up to 2 weeks prior to your sailing.
