trade 1 day us tickets for 2 day tickets

I just ordered 1 day universal studio tickets, but after reading about the long lines on this forum, I decided I would like 2 day tickets to be able to get 3 express tickets. Can you trade your 1 day for a 2 day? Where at?

You can upgrade to a multiday ticket at guest relations for an additional cost.

Thanks, Guest relations at universal studio? Is there anywhere before we arrive at the park. Is there a long line at guest relations? thankssss

I was told that upgrades can only be done at the park because they have to swipe the cards in order find out their value and upgrade them.

Guest relations' line is never as long as the ticket lines. It shouldn't be a long wait.
