My sister was looking to join us in WDW in February and looked into booking the package on Expedia. Well, she got a FANTASTIC rate at AKL and booked it. The first page said the package included passes, but when she got her e-mail confirm, they weren't there. After further investigation, we were told that the passes weren't included. Well, I did a little research and it did say that passes were included in a blanket statement, but as you got further in the process you could see that they weren't there. She called and they at first refused a refund, or including the passes and said that her airfare was non-refundable and she was stuck. I called back on her behalf and pointed out the flaw on their site. They did acknowledge the flaw and said they couldn't give her the passes, but would process a full refund, without penalty. Not what we really wanted, but at least she's not out $$$$$$$. She's looking into trying to book ASMu now, but it's $300 more than the AKL quote. I guess, if it looks too good it probably is!!!!

Wow--they need to change that.

I wonder how many people buy it and think they can't get their money back, so their stuck with it:(

I just booked a off-site hotel and flight to orlando in Nov. and it went great!! So now I'm looking at booking maybe a on-site hotel. Same thing almost, I wanted just the room only but it said that the passes came with the room choices. I couldn't seem to find a package without the passes. If I had gone on farther in the process I guess I would have been upset that the price didn't change even though the passes weren't included. Read the fine print!!
