I like reading inspirational autobiographies. I love hearing about a person's life in their own words.

I love to be out in nature and enjoy the gifts the Universe has given us. The sweet smell of a summer rain, the majestic colours of the autum leaves, the glitter ot a fresh snowfall, the sounds of the birds, the trickling of a brook...there are so many things! Being in nature helps me connect to my spirit and inspires me to write and just gives me a sense of peacefulness :)

Watching kids interact with other kids often inspires me, being outdoors, reading good inspirational books, and lots of time music does too.

When I attend a concert or sporting event for young people from my kids schools I get really sentimental. I look at their faces (as well as my own kids) and see them putting out their best effort. I imagine them growing up and going off to college and how their future is open wide...and I just get teary eyed! I choke up too when I go to awards banquets...I think about how great these kids are and how much they have to offer. Yes, young people inspire me!

My mother inspires me. She is so supportive and gives me such good advice on raising my kids.

I read the book--The Hiding Place-- and was blown away! That was SO inspirational:D

My daughter and her friends inspire me. They are so young and full of life and energy and fun. I listen to their conversations and remember what it was like to be a teenager, when it seemed that life would go on forever and would always be fun. It keeps me young at heart. :D

You mentioned the book, 'The Hiding Place'. Is that the story of the Danish Christian woman who hid Jews in her home during World War II? If so, I agree, it truely is a most amazing and inspirational story. The movie is one of the most powerful I have ever seen.

Raptors inspire me to no end... I love those creatures ( and I am talking birds...not dinosaurs)

Nature in general as well... anything peaceful and quiet... a meadow, the ocean, a mountain...
