Emerald Aisle question - no card

I called National and received the application in the mail. Filled it out and headed to the airport. National counter put the info in - I can get to my EC account at National's web site so I know they know me, but I haven't received a card.

We leave in a week. I have my copy of the master agreement. I plan to take it and maybe be prepared to show my driver's license at the hut. Has anyone else rented without having the real card?

This is our 10th trip and first with EA/EC. Feel like I'm playing the lottery ; )

You just need your Emerald Club Number, Driver's License and the Credit Card you used to make the online reservation, because they haven't seen it yet, and need to verify the credit card. HAVE FUN!!.:D

When I filled out the Emerald Club app online yesterday, it asked if I even wanted a card...it said to use the same credit card you reserved the car, and it must be one that was listed on your app.
