Questions about rides at IOA

Can anyone tell me if both these rides are open at IOA.

Dudley Do-Right Ripsaw Falls (heard it was closed for awhile)

Sylvester McMonkey McBean Unusual Driving Machines (suppose to be a new ride opening in 2001)


Also, if we are staying at the HRH do we still need to make reservations to eat at the restaurants by City Walk? If so, where do you call? We would like to make them prior to arriving.

Ripsaw Falls is open. The Driving Machines ride may never open and is currently not open.

As for reservations, the only restaurant that takes reservations is Emeril's. The rest do priority seating. You get the next available seat on most days if you show your room key.
