Renting DVC Points-Lessons Learned?

Hi! I was considering renting some of our unused DVC points, but wanted to find out from the pros regarding how to proceed before posting. I see the board where you can list your points, but am concerned about the logistics of swapping points for $$$. Any advice or lessons learned?
