The link below will give you access to lots of good info about he weather.

The BBC website is excellent for all matters weather, wherever you are in the world.

I had a quick look and the good news is that its not the awful wet season that you're going into that we hear about so much on "Holidays from Hell !!"

Cheers

I went to Barbados in May 2000 and it was fantastic. It was a really lovely place, and you can become addicted to the rum punch, it also makes you do strange things.

If you are into shopping, Bridgetown is fantastic. I got loads of bargains, bought myself a Gucci watch for £225 back home the same one is £495!!! They have lots of gold which is 14K and very good and also the perfume/make up are all at very good prices, cheaper than the duty free, so buy when you get there.

If you have any questions, just fire away.

We started and finished our 2000 cruise in Barbados, the 1st fortnight in February, both days were very hot. We arrived on the ship at around 4 pm local and the 1st thing the boys did was strip off and jump in the pool!!
The last day was hot too we just lay by the pool.
We had a few iffy days between cozumel and the Grenadines with stormy seas, dont know how much that would impact on the Island though.
You are probably looking at temps like hot summer days here.
There's a super store on the main street near the cruise terminal that had great deals on clothes, if I can dig out the info I'll let you have it.

You can use Barbados dollars, US Dollars and the old plastic comes in very handy.

The main shops are called Shepherds Cave and Harrisons, both very big and both very tempting. They both sell, watches, jewellery, perfume, cosmetics, clothes etc, all at cheap prices.
