How do you upgrade to concierge? Do you include that in the fax that you would like to upgrade if available, or do you ask at check in? or is it better to call? If it is arranged before arriving can one ever get the $30 night rate i have heard about? How much a night more is it usually? Are there any rooms with bunkbeds on concierge floor?? THANKS!!! Jama

Jama, if you really have your heart set on concierge, then please call your Travel Agent or Disney and request the upgrade now. They will tell you what the price difference is. Since concierge rooms sell out, especially if you are planning to go during one of the busier seasons, the only way to guarantee a concierge room is to book it from the start.

As to bunk beds, that depends upon the resort. The AKL does have some concierge rooms that have bunk beds. I'm not positive about the WL, but they might too (check the WL FAQ thread here on the Dis; I'm sure the answer is posted in there somewhere).

You can check the disney web site. But it is usual more than $30 a night. I think its more like $100 extra a night.
