Hey y'all,

I got a Tokyo pin this week and I cant figure out where it is from. It is a small clear plastic X-mas stocking shaped pin. It almost looks crystal. The designs on the stocking are snowflakes with little hidden mickeys. It says Disney on the back of it. I got it from a very nice Tokyo trader, but she did not speak English. Anyone know where it is from? Sorry I dont have a picture to show it.

Thanks!!

Nat,

I found it on some Japanese pin collector web sites. It was released in 2000, but that is all I know. There is another pin like it. It is a crystal looking X-mas tree with a Mickey head as the topper. It really is a neat pin, and I have not seen it before. I am guessing it was an open edition.

Thanks for remembering my question! :)

Nat,

Here is a link to a web page with many wonderful Tokyo X-mas pins-

http://www.ued.janis.or.jp/~knenryo/xmaspin/xmaspin1.htm

Also if you want to check out other sites then go to this link-

Here you will find many wonderful pages to see Japan collections.

I just love the pins from Japan. I am now focusing my collection on these pins. I have met many wonderful traders from Japan everytime I go to WDW.
