I'm going to Florida for a week on May 25-June 3 and I'm planning on going to Universal also. While I'm there I'm going try to get a job at Universal or IOA as a ride op and was wondering what Universal looks for in an employee. Also what time does the Human resource Department open and close during the week. Any info would be helpful thanks.

Tons of seasonal employee requisitions were just opened this week - since the Ride & Show department is just getting ready to start staffing up for the Summertime.

Believe it or not, Universal looks for many of the similar qualities any other company looks for: Friendly, personable, doesn't jump from job to job (based on your job history), hasn't been fired from a previous job, good team player, absolutely no criminal record (remember-we fingerprint), etc, etc.

Thanks guys for your help hopefully I'll get a job there. I was wondering do they have full time positions for ride ops. Thanks again
