more info on shipping charges

took your advice and called members service regarding shipping fee.They had never heard of it either.They checked and gave me the information that this charge is only at bcv due to the fact that their shipping/delivery is not on site.The charge is based on weight and lenght of holding.:)

As far as I know, all the hotels have this charge but DVC'ers are exempt from paying it.... I'd follow up further on this with DVC & BC management...

I have followed up with both dvc and hotel.No money back.I guess I should have asked up front,now I know.
