I saw them last night at our store's crop! They are AWESOME!!!!!

Does Mouse Memories have a 8 1/2 by 11? Our LSS only has 12 by 12.

Yes, I think I may have to order the Mickey one. For those of you who have seen them, do they seem to be of good quality?

Yes Pammy!

They are really nice quality, and the price isn't bad.

Much better than the old 8 x 11 one.

Thanks for the heads-up, Bev. I just placed an order with mousememories.com last week and was disappointed that the albums weren't in, yet. But, following your link, I just ordered three -- two of the Mickeys and one of the princesses. I plan to give one of the Mickeys to my daughter-in-law for Christmas and the princesses to my granddaughter. Just this evening, we were talking about how much fun it would be to do some scrapping together.

I can't wait for the books to arrive. Did the e-mail say whether they would be carrying additional sheets? That's the only thing I was unsure of.

Thanks, again!

the email doesn't say - you could try emailing them Guest_Relations@mousememories.com they are pretty good about answering questions.

My LSS has had these albums on back order for several months.

I just started my Disney scrapbook, but already have about 5 pages completed. I was doing it in a Pioneer 12x 12 album. Does anyone know if these would fit into the Mickey album? I haven't gotten far, but I don't want to start over either.

I noticed that Mousememories prices are significantly higher than the same items at WDW (although most items are not found at WDW). Are these new albums also priced lower at WDW? Where did you people see them in a store? Are the store prices different than Mousememories? Just trying to decide if I should order or not.

I believe the price was the same as the local store where I found it.

Just thought I'd mention that gonescrappin.com -- one of my favorite online stores -- has them, too, and for the same price.

I have the Ears to You 2002 scrapbook and they are not quite 12x12. They have discontinued this book and the refill pages.
I called before Thanksgiving to order refill pages for them and can't find them anywhere.
I called back to the guest merchandise number at Disney and the CM asked for my name and address. She sent me a whole new Ears To You 2002 scrapbook free of charge!!! She said that I can't finish my scrapbooks with the wrong size pages. I got my book today!
Just another piece of disney magic at work!

Anyway, the new books will be able to use regular 12 x 12 refills I hope?

wow - what a great CM!

I also have an Ears to You album, and it drove me nuts, I kept doing my pages the wrong way and then they wouldn't fit in the sleeve. I did manage to get some extra page protectors from Holson? I think it was - the details used to be pinned at the top of this forum, but I don't know if they still do them. They cost me a fortune though, especially as I had to have them shipped to the UK.

I have heard the new albums are true 12x12, but I haven't actually seen one so can't confirm that.

Well, the three albums I ordered just a few days ago from mousememories.com came today, and I gotta tell you . . .

They are just gorgeous!!!!

I was a little concerned, buying them sight unseen, but you would not believe the quality. As you look at the picture at Bev's link, imagine this . . .

The striped blue border that surrounds Mickey and has a star at each corner is embossed. The striped part feels sort of like railroad ties -- the embossing follows the pattern of the stripes. The stars on the corners are embossed as well. It's real textural!

The vertical blue stripe behind Mickey is recessed (indented), I'm guessing, at least 1/16" and maybe a little more, giving the cover the real, rich appearance of a shadow box. The recess is very noticeable.

Mickey, himself, is about 1/16" (or maybe a little more) thick, making him stand out from the striped background behind him.

The princess album is the same way, only each princess sits in her own shadowbox. Oh, and they both come in boxes that match their covers -- just perfect of gift giving. In fact, I think that's what we're actually seeing when we follow Bev's link.

Anyway, I'm just thrilled with the quality and so glad I didn't wait to order. I'm usually pretty persnickety about what I like, but I just love these scrapbooks!

Thank you again, Bev, very, very much for posting the link when you did. I probably wouldn't have seen them before they sold out if you hadn't.

I just saw them at my LSS the other day and I must agree. They are fabulous!!! If I had a new Disney album going I would definitely get one.
