I'm thinking of staying at the Econolodge on Colonial Drive, 7 Miles from Universal in Orlando. Has anyone stayed there?

I wouldn't stay on Colonial Drive.
It is a long ways from the 'touristy' part of Orlando...
It can be a scary part of town at night.
