Does the CR Still Have??

This is probably going to date me- but I was wondering if the CR still has the movie theater in the arcade? I remember seeing the Shaggy D.A. in black and white there when I was a child and I thought it would be fun to spend a night there on our next trip- if it's still there. Anyone know?

That is sad. I always thought that was really fun when I was a kid- seeing a disney movie in a disney hotel "for free."

That does sound fun! You can see movies at the Fort Wilderness campfire program though.

I did book the package!! But I didn't end up at GF (my husband had only request and it was to stay the CR) So we ended up booking a tower room at the CR instead.

It looks like a fun hotel to me, even without the movies. We checked out the rooms on our last visit. Have great trip! :)

No...but they DO have a TV in a nice comfy lounge just outside the arcade with DISNEY MOVIES and CARTOONS playing 24-7! It's kind of like a little theater area, with sofas and chairs to accomodate adults and children alike. It's a wonderful place...the entire resort. Enjoy! ;)

DG12... what a wonderful memory you brought back! I had forgotten about the movie theater. I remember seeing Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland. Many of my early trips, the resort of choice was the CR. Thanks for the memories. :)
