Maybe it's much too early in the game
Ooh, but I thought I'd ask you just the same
What are you doing New Year's
New Year's eve?
Wonder whose arms will hold you good and tight
When it's exactly twelve o'clock that night
Welcoming in the New Year
New Year's eve
Maybe I'm crazy to suppose
I'd ever be the one you chose
Out of the thousand invitations
You received
Ooh, but in case I stand one little chance
Here comes the jackpot question in advance:

I'm actually not sure. I don't really remember ever going out to a New Year's party before :o but I'm pretty sure I'll be going something... just not sure exactly what yet. :)

We will stay home and have some munchies & cocktails. We will probably have our neighbors over like we did last year, but thats to be decided yet.
I would love to plan a party but I feel like most people have real stuff to do on NYE. Those of us with kids are stuck to the house. ;)

We can never make plans to go out because of DH's snowplowing business, so I will be spending it at home.

We will be at the SWAN in WDW probably strolling along the Boardwalk on NYE with the kids.

We always stay at home on New Year's Eve. It's safer that way. :) We'll have our traditional cold shrimp and other munchies and probably watch Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve so we can see the ball drop, then head on off to bed.

I love that song!!!
What will I be doing? Most likely hanging out with DD, listening to music and having our own little party while getting ready for our big party which takes place New Year's Day.

I had to play that song because I love it, too!
I will be on Citywalk at Universal Studios!! Last year I was in Orlando and went to an amusement park on International Drive with the sweetest family we had just met. It was their anniversary and they were bringing in the new year at a kiddy amusement park because of their 5 year old, it was so cute! It was honestly one of the nicest times I ever had on NYE!

Sleeping, so we can get up early and go for our traditional (just started the tradition last year) New Year's Day breakfast. :D
I'll be at WDW!!! I just don't know what we'll be doing yet. The girls don't arrive till the evening on New Year's Day, so it's just Stephen and I. I am considering dinner at Palio's in the Swan, then to MGM, then a stroll to Epcot to end the night.
We usually stay home and go to bed early, so this will be a change regardless of what we do.

We will also be in WDW for new years this year. We are meeting friends from Illinois and staying at Courtyard by Marriott on property. Since they are driving down we are letting them make the plans and I don't think we are going to the parks until the 1st & 2nd. Anyone have idea's of a good place to watch the new years fireworks other than from the park? We have never been to the boardwalk before. Will there be activities there during the night? What can anyone tell me about it? Thanks!!

For the past few years we have been going to Toronto for New Years eve thanks to Priceline. This year we were able to get the Downtown Sheraton on Priceline for $19 a night!!! We are also going to Disney on ice. It looks like we will be spending more for parking than what we did for the hotel.
I'm so jealous of all you guys who are going to be in WDW! I think we will probably go out to dinner somewhere as a family. We used to get a babysitter and have an adult evening out, but last year we brought our 3 DDs along as well and went to a Japanese restaurant with my parents and some friends. We had a great time so I'm thinking we may do the same this year. Since we go out to dinner all the time, the girls are used to it and are extrememly well-behaved, so I don't feel bad bringing them along on what is traditionally an 'adult' night.

I won't be working for the first time in 3 years:D Unless we get a great party invitation, we'll probably be home trying to stay warm.
