I don't want to get stuck here on thursday!!!! Please pray for no snow for those of us travelling then!!!!

WE GOT CLOBBERED YESTERDAY AND IT IS STILL SNOWING A BIT TODAY...IT IS SUPPOSED TO STOP TONIGHT AND BE PARTLY SUNNY TOMORROW. I AM VERY GLAD TO HEAR THAT BECAUSE I AM A NERVOUS FLYER TO START WITH AND HAVING TO TAKE OFF IN THE SNOW WOULD MAKE ME EXTREMELY NERVOUS.

OLGA, I WILL BE THINKING "NO SNOW" FOR YOU!!

Nancy I was just thinking of you when they just said on TV Buffalo airport had 9" of snow today.!
You will be ok, I know it, have a safe trip and see you thursday!

Well, it's snowing here in the Boston area too -- though I don't think it's supposed to amount to much. Cross your fingers that I don't have to wait hours and hours tomorrow afternoon while they de-ice the plane!

Oh, I feel your pain!

It NEVER snows in D.C. in December, but of course its supposed to start on the day I leave - Thursday!! Grrrr!!!! :mad:

The scariest part for me is that I am flying out of National Airport, which has always scared me because about 15 years ago a plane took off out of National and flew directly into the 14th Street bridge. :eek: The visibility was so poor because of snow and ice.

I'll say a little prayer for all of us that we make it safely and without event.

(and if starts snowing too bad, we may have to do a road trip down South, Olga! Come heck or high water, I WILL be at DIS Con!!)

I'm leaving from Philly only to travel NORTH to get a plane in BOSTON....I'm really hoping for no SNOW!!!!
