Cancellation Policy at HRH?

I was reading the Universal site to get a rack rate quote on a room and I noticed that it said there is a $25/per person fee if you cancel prior to 45 days. Is this just for packages or does it include room only reservations as well?

I did a room only reservation through Universal. The official policy is that you can cancel at no charge up to 5 days before your arrival time. Otherwise, I believe you are charged the entire room rate.

I was told on Monday when I made reservations that you could cancel 5 days in advance with no penalty, but within 5 days you paid for 1 night. Hope this helps.
