We've taken advantage of a pretty good rate for Castaway Club members and booked the 1/19 Wonder.
Looking for anyone else out there on this cruise!
We had a DD (10) and a DS (9). It's our 2nd cruise. We were on the inaugural May 11th Western Caribbean!

We'll be joining you on the 19th! It is our first cruise. Although our DD (3) & DS(6) are much younger, I am sure they will enjoy it just as much as yours. Have a happy and safe Holiday!

My wife Jackie and I will be there on January 19 (coming from the Wilderness Lodge)! We are AP holders and have been visiting WDW every January for a long time but this is our first cruise and we can't wait. Happy Holidays! Dave

Cool! I was thinking we might be the only ones! I see that most of you are newbies to the board. Cruise chat is tonight, and there are lots of experienced people if you have questions!
Cathy, where in Indiana are you? We were born and raised in Indy. Transferred to Maryland when our Navy base closed down.
Barbi and jmed, if the 8 and 9 year old boys want to make "friends" with someone before the trip, feel free to use the pm button. My son Casey had a great time chatting with another boy before our last cruise. It gave him someone to look for once we were on the ship.

We are in Boilermaker country -- West Lafayette. We both went to Purdue and have stayed here since. I am originally from northern Indiana (Chesterton) and my hubby is originally from just south of here. We have relatives and friends in Indy, and go there frequently. It's a small world though (after all?). I wouldn't be surprised if we knew someone in common!
This is our 1st Disney Cruise and our first with kids, but it's my 3rd and hubby's 4th. We did this route on RCCL in 1999. I'd rather take the 7 day, but I don't know if my son will like it.
I am pretty new to this site, though. Cruise chat? I may have to check that out! Thanks!

Looks like there will be a lot of Midwesterners on the 1/19/03 Cruise! Cannot be that we are trying to get away from the freezing cold now can it?!?
Cathy, my son will be glad to know that there is going to be another boy his age on the cruise. This is our first cruise and we keep telling him how much fun he will have. I don't think my daughter understands much. She's just excited that we are going to see the Princesses.
Happy Holidays!

That's great! I see your 6yr old son and jiked90's 6yr old daughter from Peoria can have a great time with my 6 yr old son and our friend's 6 yr old daughter! What a great time they will have!
Can't wait to meet everyone. We'll be enjoying the non-midwest weather together! :smooth:
Organicb - We are staying at All Star Movies on the 17th and 18th, too! Race you to the bus! :)

Good for you Bari! I called to check about the better rates, but it would cost me $50 to save $33. Go figure!
No wonder they are discontinuing Disney Club -- they can't guarantee you the best rates at a Disney property!
But I'm glad you got such a great deal. Now if the next 6 1/2 weeks would just hurry by!

I'm bumping this up and hoping to hear from someone with a 10-12 year old girl on this cruise. My DD would love to "chat" with a friend before we go!

We will be cruisin' the Wonder on Jan 19 as well:
DH 33
Me 33
DD age 6, in kindergarten
DD turning 3 on the cruise
Glad to see there will be other DIS children around the same age. We will stay the night before the cruise at the Radisson near the port and will stay the night after at a yet to be determined location, maybe All Stars.
