Park Tickets through the mail...How long to arrive?

For those who have purchased their US/IOA Park Tickets through the mail, about how long did it take to arrive to you? I live in the NY Area and will be in Florida mid July. I was thinking of ordering the tickets NOW to avoid that dreaded "snail mail delay".

It probably depends on who you order your tickets from. I ordered mine from "Ticketmania" and I had them in three days plus alot of coupons and brochures.

Ordered mine from Universal, it didn't take long, maybe a little over a week, no more than 10 days.Just came last week...

I ordered my tickets from Universal and it took TWO MONTHS to arrive. I was a nervous wreck. I kept calling and calling and FINALLY they came two weeks before my trip.

I don't think this is the usual deal but I no longer trust mailed tickets.... :eek:

I just called the toll free number for US/IOA Tickets and they told me that now there are shipping options. I can order the tickets and have them shipped 2 day UPS for no extra charge or Overnight for a slight fee. I would imagine using "regular" mail caused many headaches.
Then she said another option was I could pick them up at the "will call window" at the park but I don't want to do that.

I ordered mine through Ticketmania also. They were a little cheaper than through Universal and no shipping charges for a limited time now being offered. I received mine in three days also and was very impressed with all the information that was mailed along with it. (Brochures, pamphlets, etc....)

We ordered ours over the internet at the Universal Studios Florida website. Since there was no rush we took the cheapest delivery option and received our tickets in less than a week - from California to NJ.

we ordered ours in early april for our trip in early june over the internet with the discover card deal. after waiting and waiting, i called usf this past monday. apparently our tickets were mistakenly sent to the will call window, dont know why....oh well......got them in the mail today.....we are ready to go now.

Same thing happened to me with the Discover card third day free tickets. After waiting for 3 weeks, I called down there and found out they were never mailed, even though they said the ONLY shipping opportunity was USPS. they said that mine were at will call as well but offered to mail them to me at home. Got 'em 3 days later! 24 days to USF!! :)

I just now ordered through tickemania. Their email said they should come on the 19th, I sure hope they are right.
