I've never been to Orlando, or to Florida for that matter, and I would like to get a good detailed map of the area before we go. I keep hearing this or that is in such and such area or off highway whatever but I have no point of reference for any of it. I appreciate any help!

HP, Trakker Mapos are one of the best I've come across so far. You can look them up on www.trakkermaps.com
Of course, if you are in the AAA, you should be able to get hold of the best and most detailed maps of all.

Hi Simon!
Our Barnes and Nobles had about a dozen different Orlando maps in the map section. I looked at each one, because some maps were easier to read than others, some gave more info, etc. Having a variety of maps to choose from, helped me find the one that was best for me.
Have a great trip!

This web site has some great maps on-line that note many Orlando and Kissimmee area hotels, attractions, restaurants, etc. Check them out at www.see-orlandoflorida.com. Need adobe to download, but they are some of the best maps I've found that are absolutely free (except for your paper and ink). Good luck and have a great time on your trip!
