I don't remember being bothered by mosquitos last year but this is an excellent idea. I will pack some kind of bug repellent :)

It was in the 80's last year during DIS-CON...and there were STILL bugs! Bug bites get big and red and ugly on me - so I'm taking precautions.

hmmm...looks like the temps may be a bit too low for bugs to be a major concern...

although, can anybody recommend BIRD repellent to keep the big black crow convention off my balcony??

and here I thought you were going to say "pins". ;) :teeth:

I had no trouble with bugs last year at all. I just remember it being warm and beautiful last year.

Cheerleader Pom Poms, metalic work well.
Or a few wind chimes.

It would look tacky, but it there is a breeze and you tie some metalic strips to the hand rail, it should help. I remember them on my balcony at CR, I think I just went outside and scared them off, when I was in the room.

birds have not been as much trouble this year - the hawks, eagles and other birds of prey have finally discovered WDW - so the birds problem is not as bad as it has been in prior years.

Pom poms, eh? ;)

I remember those big, UGLY bug bites very well...on me! They're not mosquitos, they're more vicious than that. :earseek:

My repellant is coming with me. :)

my work had a problem with birds (mirrors on the outside) - so they put up a hawk and a owl - the crows attacked them - they weren't scare at all - they just attacked.

I kept telling WDW to get a few cats that aren't scare of birds and see what happens - but hopefully the prey birds will due the trick. It will take time - this is the first year I have seem them attack a bird on WDW property.
