I'm in the group having dinner at 50's--then Fantasmic---then Osbourne lights? How long does the park stay open after Fantasmic? Do we walk back to the "neighborhood" or are we trammed back to the area and then walk around? I have never been to WDW during the Christmas Holidays so all this is new---and exciting. I'm just wanting to make sure I see Osbourne lights.

Hi Patty, we walk. The area you can walk near during the day. It is where the homes are. The park closes at 7 and in the past they did give some extra time to look. They gently shoo you along. LOL

Thanks Dave---So it will be dinner--Fantasmic--then lights?

Guess I need to just go with the flow-----I'll just stay with the group. I wonder if I still have that child guard I bought when my daughter was little---the one that hooks to their arm --while the other half is hooked to your arm. Wouldn't want to get lost.

Dinner, Fantasmic, Lights

Disney keeps the lights going for about an hour or so after Fantasmic so everyone gets a chance to see them. Think that's how we did it last year.

Here's another "newbie" to the Oborne lights question...

Where do you get the glasses that help you to see "angels" in the lights!?

There are people handing the glasses out before you enter the Osbourne lights.

As Shannon said, as you walk along New York Street and approach Washington Square, there are a good number of CM's passing the glasses out.

Last year the glasses showed Angels, the year before snowflakes (I believe). A bunch of us watched Illuminations last year with glasses on. Flying angels everywhere..... ;)
