View Full Version : We put an offer on a house yesterday!!!

YAY!

We had to decide what we wanted to do. Basically we came to the decision that we could not live in our town, but go back to where our family is (NJ). It a closer commute for my DH about 6 miles...

Anyway, the house... is really really cute. Corner lot, fenced in yard, shed, 2 bedrooms downstairs, one huge loft/office bedroom upstairs, full basement... and a fantastic kitchen with the separate oven in the wall, burners on the counter... and a DISHWASHER!!!! The kitchen is big enough we can put our table in there, and use the dining room for a playroom.

Its in move in condition.. so really all we have to do is move our stuff!

We will know more on Monday...

Its in Southern NJ... Camden County. DH works in Philadelphia,so this is good for us!

The town is called Cherry Hill.

How exciting! Cherry Hill isn't that far from me - I live about 10 minutes from Ocean City, NJ. It sounds like a fantastic house, and I wish you the best! :)

Cherry Hill is only about 20 minutes from me. Lots of traffic in Cherry Hill, but it is a nice place!:D
