Help needed re: HRH and PBH!!

Hello all you experts! I need help! We are thinking of moving to from WDW to USE for the last 3 days of our trip this summer (June). Called yesterday for rates. No Entertainment rate available for HRH (they want $205/nite for garden view room). Entertainment rate for a deluxe pool view room at PBH is $232 (no cheaper rooms avail. with Entertainment rate). There are 5 of us, so we need a big room (Kids are 14, 12, and 10, so space is a factor). Would both hotels be alot of fun for the kids?

Have you tried some of the hotel discount websites? I got HRH for $139.00 in May at www.travelnow.com (http://www.travelnow.com) Expedia had slightly discounted rates also. I'd look at some of them - they aren't like Disney Resorts that you can only get through Disney!!

Hey if you end up at Portofino you can use HR pool too since both managed by Loews....

I just called back - that $232 Ent. rate for the deluxe pool view at PBH is now gone - otherwise I maight have nabbed it, since you get a bigger room and club privileges with it. Now they're saying both hotels are sold out for our dates, but Expedia has rooms available. They're adding on $25 per kid, though, above the regular room rate!! Is this standard for those resorts!!??

No - you don't have to pay the $25 per person for kids - I called them and just did it over the phone. If the hotel doesn't charge for kids they won't either.

The web-site I posted doesn't put that charge in their price.
