Really need advice / help. Went on to apple scooters website and tried to reserve a scooter for two weeks. Put all my details in and it said no credit card needed??? Pressed reserve again and nothing happened. Don't know if I'm booked or not? Havent had an email from them.
Don't want to turn up in Florida and have no scooter booked.

Does anyone know an email address to contact them?? Couldn't see one on website. Please help

We just used them last January. Everything went well.

If I remember right, one of the browsers didn't seem to work right. Firefox I think. Anyway, they don't require payment to reserve a scooter. They need a cc# no later than 1 week before your reservation. I don't think they charge it until the day before or the day of. I did most of my correspondence via email. You can call, too. I would contact them and see if they got your info right.
