Should I attach a cover sheet with my room preferences? Did you?

Hi Hopskip,
I never attach a cover sheet, I feel when sending to the room controller... less is better!

I just put it to the attention of the room assigner (or controller) and then make sure you put you ressie number on it to.

OK! Dh is sending it off now, no cover sheet. We're staying at POR, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for our room preferences. We have a very late check-in (around 10:30pm!), so I know my odds aren't great. We'll have a wonderful stay regardless! :)

We stayed at POR from 11/7 to 11/11 when it was very crowded for Super Soaps weekend and we got exactly what we requested. We didn't check in until 8:30 PM so I think your chances are good. Good luck!

good luck! when you check in, if the room they assign you isnt what you wanted, ask if they have a room that is more your preference! :)
if they arent booked to capacity, then they might be able to get you what you want! :)
