a friend of mine is trying to find out the name of a spanish song that's been playing on a hispanic readio station in chicago. it's a male singer and it starts off with the words "quiero ser." it's got lots of accordians and trumpets. i've never heard it but that's how he describes it. any ideas?

I did a quick search and came up with a song called Quiero ser tu Angel, but I think that is sung by a female. It is cumbia (which would have accordians and trumpets) though. Has he tried calling the radio station as I am sure that quiero ser is found in a ton of songs?

Spago~ I can email them to find out if you like. Do you have any other info on that particular song? Any other lyrics or words that would help them to identify it? Any time of the day when the song was played?

I was about to offer the same thing that Rita just did. If he can come up with any more lyrics I am sure Rita should be able to help because Quiero ser is in just too many songs I know of off the top of my head.

Elaine~ That's exactly what I was thinking.

Could this song be, "Yo puedo hacer" by Ricardo Montaner?
