Meeting locations & Hosts

Hey Guys,

I am still needing host for the following Mini-meets. It isn't hard, all you have to do is sort of organize everyone together and lead them around(green glove optional) :)

Hosts:
EPCOT Future World Day
EPCOT – World Showcase

I am still waiting on some information regarding Meeting locations for the following Events.

If we do not have anyone to volunteer for those two meets...they will just go on as unhosted.

I would love to host something Patrick, but Epcot isnt my favourite park so im not sure that i will there at these meets. Can anyone else help out?

KK run will meet in the lobby of the host hotel the Swan at 7:30 on the dot! Cars will leave then!!!

Cars will go to KK and return to Barb's villa at BCV. (Number not yet available) hopefully close to 8 am for the donut KK eating experience (assuming we don't eat all the donuts on the trip from the store!)

I thought we were are going to cram into cars and head over to KK and eat there (and back at Barbs). Perhaps one of us should make the donut run while the others go to the outlying resorts and pickup people.

So who need a ride over to BCV for Krispy Kremes? And where are you staying?

We have several people without cars which is why I was going with bringing the donuts back. The reason we have to head back is that I have received several requests to have the donuts back in time to allow people to go to AK for the meet there. My other option was to meet VERY early for this which struck me as a bad idea considering the meets the night before!

I am planning on doing the majority of the donut purchasing for transport back to Barb's. So... no one else really needs to go to KK, it just seems very popular.

From the PMs and post, I will compile a listing of who is doing what. (I would assume that those of you going to the KK don't really have to go back to Barb's unless you just want to, you could just stay at KK and watch them make donuts!)

Speaking of Krispy Kreme, I hope you won't go to the Krispy Kreme in Kissimmee because then we will have to abbreviate it KKK! :o

BTW, you can get KK donuts at IOA now. :)
