Have packages taken back to our resort if we are staying at The Swan or The Dolphin? :confused:

I think Glo's FAQ said YES, but some people who have stayed there said NO.

Anyhow, I just knew that someone around here would be able to help me.....before I go :crazy: LOL ;)

You can always send your packages to my room at the Beach Club (especially the expensive items). :)

i did last year - Dolphin - they showed up the next afternoon or so

The "Official" answer is yes, just called. They get sent to the front desk and you will have a message on your phone voicemail telling you to pick it up. You can't do it the day before you leave, as it will take upto 24 hours to get to you.

Yep, sure can...I always have packages sent back to the Dolphin...you pick them up from the concierge desk, which is just to the right of the main front/check-in desk. :)
