We are able to reserve excursions in about a month. What else do I need to do at this point?

As in you're sailing in a month? You need to be sure you have the proper ID for everyone boarding the ship. What you need, depends on the cruise you're taking. Passports, birth certificates (certified ones), photo IDs.

Do you want to do any excursions/adult dining/spa/nursery hours? You'd better go to the DCL website and book them.

Oops, I wasn't clear. Sorry. :) I went online to take a look at details for our July cruise and they said I can start booking excursions in May. I was wondering if there is anything else that requires a reservation that I should plan to do then.

If you're going to need any nursery hours, you should book them as soon as possible.

Also, adult dining (Palo/Remy) if you want it. If you are doing Castaway Cay, and want a cabana, you should check on that, too.
