Hi all, we stayed at Poly Conc. for 3 nights and then on to the All Star Movies for 3 nights. I thought it would be a huge let-down going from Poly to AS, but I think my kids liked the All Stars BETTER! Poly was all I'd imagined it would be and more...concierge was wonderful, we had fresh fruit and pastries and juice in the mornings and snacks during the day, and something nice for dinner. The convenience of having breakfast available just down the hall cannot be overstated. We have 2 children, and it was so nice not to have to fight crowds, parking, or monorail every morning for breakfast. The conc. staff did everything we asked and needed. Our room was huge...it looked out onto the quiet pool!

ASMo was just a dream come true for my 2 YO DS...he loved the Buzz and Woody icons...we were able to get into the Toy Story section, which surprised me b/c there had been NO rooms at all when I called CRO (busy weekend due to Super Soap; we finally got ASMo thru Travelocity). We are going back in April and hope to stay at the Poly again. Does anyone have any questions?

What room number were you in? We're staying there next month and reading all these posts makes me more anxious by the day!

I'm assuming you're asking what room in the Poly we were in...it was #2521...not lagoon view, but still very very nice.

It was also relaxing and extra-special to be able to watch the MK fireworks from the Conc. lounge! No loud noises, no pushing thru the crowds when it's over, etc. We loved it.

Yes, I was asking about your Poly room. Sorry about not being clear on that. Thanks for your reply! Also, how close was your room to the lounge?

Glad to hear your stay was good! Are the pools at ASMo open till midnight? they were when we were there 4 years ago, just wondering if the hours are the same. DH and kids loved going for a dip before bed. And, i had quiet time in the room to plan the next days events :o .

Chucknrita, our room was all the way down the hall on the second floor-as far as you could get from the lounge! It was not a problem. My 2 year old DS would take off on a dead run every morning for the lounge, b/c he knew that GOODIES were there! It was so funny, we wanted to take a movie of him!

It was so nice going for walks in the evening, with the beach and the pools and all the torches lit...very quiet and romantic...but don't go on the beach in the evening with no shoes! We did this, and ended up with several mosquito bites on our feet!

Sudiequ, I am not sure how late the pools at All Stars are open, we didn't stay up that late. We normally swam right before dinner.
